		<description>Lucky has been a great guard dog.  Just yesterday, she alerted hubby to the presence of a diamond back rattler (a big one) in our garage.  Thankfully, nobody got bit.

She&#039;s a stray that somebody dumped near our home.  She&#039;s been with us now for about 12 years.  She&#039;s old now, but still alert and alive.</description>

		<description>Thanks Susan! I was teaching when my wife and our friend, Caroline, decided to start Caravan Beads. A year later I was trying to run a business in the early morning and evenings, and teach elementary school in between. Like you I remember thinking that I needed to choose Caravan or teaching cause there weren&#039;t enough hours in the day to do both.
